Remodeling a home can be a tricky process. In most larger remodels, the house is demolished to the stud and rebuilt. This allows us to gather permits, do demolition, and construction without interference from the homeowners. In smaller remodeling projects, however, the owners may choose to continue to occupy the house during the construction phase which can make the process even trickier!
